My 1st order was sent to an old address. I used the "contact" option on their website 2 weeks ago to try and rectify the problem and still haven't heard back. While there is a phone number, there's no one to answer the call. Finally, you can cancel a subscription BUT you can't close an account with them. This might be a scam. ====== UPDATE It's now been 4 weeks. No order. No refund.

This pet lab app is trash, I have downloaded it and no response, I then uninstall it and downloaded it again and still nothing I don't like to feel as if I am being ignored in which 5 business days has come and gone and still no order?
