This app is useless. I'm at the pump right now. I want to use my points for gas. I put in the exact dollar amount equal to my points. App says I can't redeem because I don't have a payment method setup. What is the payment method for if I'm redeeming points for their exact value? Stop wasting your time at Petro Canada, their app hasn't worked since COVID.

FU Petro Canada. I mean every freakin time App NEVER WORKS. It has one or the other error ready. To the customer care team. 50-70% of times you App always requests for an App update as soon as you are at the gas station. Then it asks you to reenter the password. Which no one remembers. So to start the gas filling process I have to wait for 5–10 mins. What is the point of technology when it does the opposite of it is supposed to do. I have decided to never use Petro again. I am literally fed up.

Sudden deactivation of my car wash Seasons Pass on April 16, 2026. I have been a loyal Petro-Canada customer for nearly three decades and a Seasons Pass holder for over ten years. My pass was deactivated without prior notice despite having 40 days remaining. The Rep informed a refund would not be issued because I linked the card to multiple devices, which voided the agreement. I had linked the card to my spouse’s phone and my two personal and work devices. This is a negative customer experience.
