★★☆☆☆ Awful app. I wouldn't recommend this credit union to a friend. I'm not sure what made them change, but you are not valued as an individual. They view you as a number only and will drop you when you have no value to them. Everyone has difficult times in life, but this place does not care. I thought they would be more welcoming and understanding, but I was wrong. I'll stay with my cooperate BoA. At least they never stabbed me in the back.

★★☆☆☆ I love PFFCU, the bank. However, the app is another story. Months ago the app stopped working for me out of the blue. It no longer lets me sign in, so I have to use the web service to access my account on my phone. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app numerous times with the same results, which were nothing.
