The Mobile App ‘Pharma Sahi Daam’ developed by NPPA (National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority), Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers will provide information to users on prices of Scheduled medicines which are under price regulation well as Non-Scheduled medicines. 'Pharma Sahi Daam' is an online search tool for checking prices of Scheduled / Non-Scheduled medicines instantly at the time of purchase of the medicines. The NPPA mobile App will facilitate consumers to verify whether medicines are being sold within the approved price range and also to detect any cases of overpricing by Pharmaceutical companies/chemists. In case of overpricing the consumer can lodge a complaint through this mobile app or by registering a complaint through the 'Pharma Jan Samadhan' web portal.

Many medicines have prices listed online in app, that aren't available in stores. Additionally, there's often a significant difference between the prices listed in application and those found in physical pharmacies. Also, many more drugs of various companies are not found on this app.
