Worst app! I ordered something, but the delivery date wasn’t visible, so I cancelled it. But the next day, I got a text from an unknown number. The person said he was from DawaaDost. Then he texted me casually, as if I know him or sum. He should have been professional, but his words were, “Kya order process karna hai aapko?” I mean, I had just cancelled it, so why would he text me? When I said “No,” he replied, “Kya huaa? ” Like, what the hell! Why would you talk like that? It was really creepy.

Got the ordered medicines in time. However, the order disappears from app history after payment and there is no tracking mechanism. There is no customer support team either to answer basic queries or request refund. Not recommended.

Please don't order medicines on davadost, I have ordered 3 different medicine, but they sent alternative of one of the medicine and when I called customer care they are now saying you had selected alternative medicine but while I had selected branded medicine only & now they are giving reason and saying we can't replace... worst policy .l will not order any medicine from dava dost henceforth.
