They don't even allow you to select the medicine that you want... I searched for Nurokind OD (B12) tablet which is βΉ212.1 for 20 tablets and its substitute was Meclozine OD (B12) with same contents which is βΉ112.5 for 10 tablets after 50% discount which is clearly costlier than the one I searched for and even the app is showing that nurokind is for βΉ10.6/tablet and Meclozine OD is βΉ11.2/tablet, and they don't even allow us to get the tablet we have searched for given that the tablet is cheaper.

For any medicine search it gives you substitute with different power & different combinations. I searched for TONACT-TC 20 & it gave me more than 20 substitutes but none was exact drug combination or potent. The user is not doctor to understand so much combination or alternates. All likelihood of choosing wrong medicine. Premeds has a better algorithm.
