Edit in 2026, the physical store, where I work currently has improved over the years. Hope that in future more helpful health tools for public will be available, like - water floser at physical stores also. There points and offers are also helpful.

Deadline for delivery not follow, they haven't improved in one year. Don't ever rely on them for medicine as per their estimated delivery timeline.

Worst experience with Apollo Pharmacy. I ordered tablets on 16 Sep 2026 with a promised same-day delivery. Today is 18 Sep 2026, and they're still not delivered. The delivery date keeps changing automatically. Chat support only sends copy-paste replies and says to wait 36 hours, with no real update. These are life-saving medicines, not regular e-commerce products. False delivery promises and poor customer support are completely unacceptable.
