The worst app for medicines. They send medicines with seals that are torn open. They don't have a customer service number, and you have to write innumerable mails and send pictures of boxes that the medicine came in, just to get a proper reply. Even after doing all this, the defective medicine was neither been picked up nor my refund initiated. Absolute waste of money this app. Never ordering from netmeds again.

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) Very bad experience with Netmeds. The customer support is not helpful and did not resolve my issue. My order delivery was far too late, which was very disappointing, especially for medicines that should be delivered on time. I would not recommend Netmeds if you need reliable service and timely delivery.
