Powered by Allied Pharmacists Inc., the PharmAdvise mobile app connects users to more than 300 independent pharmacy locations and their services throughout Ontario.
The PharmAdvise mobile app offers the following features:
- Send your prescription to the pharmacy of your choice – take a photo of your prescription hardcopy and fill out your personal information. Within 24 hours, your prescription will be ready to pick up. - Easily request a prescription refill (if you’ve previously sent in a prescription) - Transfer your prescription(s) from your current pharmacy to one of more than 300 locations listed on the PharmAdvise mobile app - Request a Medication Review at your PharmAdvise pharmacy – pick your desired date/time, and meet with your pharmacist to discuss any questions or concerns that you have about your medications - Request that your pharmacist call your doctor to ask for a prescription repeat, relay any questions or concerns about your medication, etc. - Access weekly deals and flyers at participating pharmacies - Search for your nearest or preferred PharmAdvise pharmacy by address, city/town, or pharmacy name – see pharmacy hours and get directions to the pharmacy of your choice - View a comprehensive history of all prescription fills/refills that have been sent to your pharmacy via the PharmAdvise mobile app

Wonderful, user-friendly App. I use it for getting my prescriptions refilled. Effortless.

App does not maintain my history, making it kind of worthless as a tool for
keeping track of your meds and staying in top of refills. Again, tells me a
refill or new prescription request had been successfully processed, when it
hasn't. Since history feature doesn't work, no surprise can't sweet up
automatic reminders to refill prescriptions, by also no alert when a
prescription is received or filled and gives FALSE status of
refills/prescriptions successfully being sent.

Trying to find my particular pharmacy to request a refill required I scroll through a long list of all the pharmacies in Ontario. You could not select from the map and there was no search function. I deleted not worth the effort.

Clunky, badly designed interface. Even the ads don't fit right. The biggest issue is that the camera will not focus. I had to take a photo externally and then import it with the IMPORT EXIST (sic) option.
