Concept of rewards is good. They added gcash. Tbh i didnt like the options before. I wish they keep it up diversifying rewards choices more. Though app itself sucks at syncing. I suggest try to manually sync it. If that doesnt work then wait the next day(Monday). Sometimes they need a bit more time validating ur points. If it's tuesday and still dont have rewards from the previous week, contact support.

You can only sync your progress with very limited fitness devices or apps. I'm using Samsung Health and it doesn't sync most times, laging zero points earned even if I meet the target daily steps or PAI due to intense workouts. How I wish you'll integrate the app with Google Fit or Mi Fit soon. Otherwise, not worth it to buy a Garmin/Fitbit if you have an existing fitness band just to avail the Philam Vitality membership. I might cancel next renew kung ganito lang din, tipid na less stress pa.

I can't log in ever since this latest update. The app doesn:t recognize my username and password even though its correct. Tried to uninstall-install the app but still doesn't work. Also tried to forgot pasaword and changed it, still I can't log in. Please help.

It's so frustrating to use this app! First, it wasn't syncing and now it can't even validate my username and password. I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but it always says that my password is incorrect eventhough it's true and correct. Such a waste of time!
