Real-time brushing guidance The Sonicare app monitors your habits, like if you’re reaching all areas of your mouth, how long you brush or how much pressure you’re using, and coaches you with tailored advice. This coaching helps to ensure consistent, complete coverage, every time you brush.
Dental Diary The Dental Diary helps you track all your oral health habits in one place – brushing, flossing, tongue cleaning, and mouth rinsing – so you can spot trends and build a consistent routine.
Brushing Streak The Brushing Streak feature helps motivate you to brush at least twice daily – morning and night – as recommended by dentists to prevent plaque buildup.
Dashboard The Dashboard connects to your Sonicare toothbrush to collect your brushing habits. Each day and week, you will receive an accurate, easy-to-read report, giving you the brushing insights you need to improve and maintain your oral health.
Automatic brush head reordering service Always have a fresh brush head when you need one. As the Sonicare app monitors your brush head’s usage, the reordering service reminds you when you need a replacement, and can automatically place an order so it arrives just in time. Won't connect. I went through all the directions & troubleshooting from Amazon Help & Philips site but the brush won't connect. When scanning under my phone's Bluetooth menu (the app told me to do this after 2x not being able to find the toothbrush) it couldn't find it. Keeping the toothbrush but this app is garbage. EDIT-got a quick response, but I tried what was suggested before I posted this review & the link you gave doesn't work; "Page Not Found". Get some better developers on your team.

Apps keeps crashing. Since a week when openingen the app directly crashes. Deleted the cache and data, and I could Log in again. All steps done, and it crashes again on start up.

Coverage is incredibly inaccurate. A third of the time it will work, a third of the time it says I'm brushing the front when I'm brushing the back or vice veraa, and a third of the time it just doesn't work at all. Useless app.
