Attention Android users that cannot open the app: try clearing cache and storage and restarting app. You will need to re-login. This worked for me. The app is the only way to successfully file reports for places that don't have addresses as calling 311 on the phone they won't accept a report without an "official" address (even if Google gives one).

When you hit open the app just says something went wrong

The app has stopped working a month now. I reinstalled it at least twice and no difference. It kept saying "something went wrong, try again"
