The app works eventually by connecting to its own Wi-Fi signal to and from the dash cam and phone. Then in settings configured and can allow to download the driving footage with 3 mins interval. It does the job nice and smoothly.

Bad...asked for location permission which was granted but keeps asking again and again so can't proceed so I deleted.

Doesn't work. Just keeps saying permission settings authorization failed and takes me to the settings app. I've already given it the only permissions it asks for (location) and it still won't work.
