I have had a Motorola phone, Android system for a long time. I've also you smart ice Pro for the number of years, never had a problem. Now all of a sudden I switch to a Samsung Galaxy phone, and I have problems with the app. I can't back up into playback. I had no problem doing it before. If someone could help I would really appreciate it.

After working fine for a few months the app now keeps saying network disconnected, after initially connecting for about 20 seconds.don't know what the hell to do to solve it.it would also be nice, (and professional), to at least answer some of your customers reviews??

No longer works - please fix it!!! Since Aug 2020 I have been unable to view cctv via app on my phone it just won't connect to server. Please look in to this and fix. What's point of having cctv you can't view remotely through your phone. Disappointed it's suddenly stopped working!!

Worked fine, then stopped connecting via mobile data. What is wrong, I can still connect on home Wi-Fi.
