The app is great, but I have one request: please add the facility to bulk delete old video clips or better still to ‘select all’ and delete. The delete process at the moment is extremely time-consuming.

Why can't the recording clock change the hour automatically every Spring & Autumn. My phone, watch & Stanley cooker can all do it automatically why not you.

It's not video, it's 2-second clips and if you want to watch live it will have to be refreshed after 2 minutes also clips have to be deleted 1 by 1. Waste of money.

The most horrible app ever used. - very slow loading of the app - video buffering is incredibly slow.

Troubleshooting guide is completely useless. Needed to reconnect the router chime, bc there were no left any free sockets in the extension lead. 1/2d ltr get the warning saying system can't connect to the camera. Started following troubleshooting steps, and reset the camera. Well, the described colors are not even close on the camera and the guide. In-app troubleshoot -> infinite loop. Making you reset the camera. Paperback handbook is not any better. No support pick up the phone on Saturday
