Comments on Pianopia: MIDI Piano Player for Android

★★★★★ Bozidar Krizan · Feb 11, 2025

Super app for play midi and for learn. I buy full version but when I try to load downloaded .sf file nothing happens. Clicking on load local, nothing opened, nothing happened. And also, transpose button is must have to be perfect

★★★★★ Ciel · Dec 12, 2024

Good for learning piano using midi files.

★★★★★ Jin En · Jan 28, 2026

Awesome app for transcribing. There are some ads but i don't mind them as they are shippable. What I really like about this app is that there aren't paid features, like having to pay for adjusting playback speed. And overall this app is easy to use for transcribing MIDI files Great app, thanks devs

★★★★☆ Quinncraft · Oct 30, 2024

I rated this app 3 stars ago due to a problem with loading midi files, the creators fixed it but now loading sf2 files doesn't work

★★★★☆ Markwin Cabalteja · Oct 11, 2024

Almost perfect! Please add sustain pedal feature. It's just nice that it has many sounds but sustain is missing

★☆☆☆☆ Isnee Disney? · Jul 21, 2026

Filthy great as came BURSTING through at full volume before I had even had the chance to find a midi file to play.

★☆☆☆☆ Joe Darley · May 24, 2025

Why the hell does it keep crashing? I play like 4 notes at a time, and it just quits itself. Like why??

★★☆☆☆ 良佳ひろふみ · Feb 23, 2024

This app midi connection is for audio only and has no capability to connect/sense any midi device's key press. Users can only play Piano Hero on their phones, not with a Midi keyboard. It is impossible to play 88 keys on a phone 😕 It is a more midi music player. I tried it with my tablet & phone. Same result. No problem connecting Flow key. I emailed for your support. No reply.

★☆☆☆☆ Johnny · May 23, 2025

When I try to load a sf2, IT Won't LET ME IN THE FILES SECTION, FIX THIS, DEVELOPER!

★★☆☆☆ Deb Soc · Dec 6, 2025

USB midi keyboard says it connects on the app but no notes can be played (yes the USB settings are set correctly on my phone because the keyboard works for other apps).
