I subscribed to the "Piano Technique Made Easy" course, and I'm impressed with this nice app. Mrs. Cass Falk, the instructor, deserves praise for her clear and well-structured lessons. The user-friendly interface is simple yet effective. However, there's a glitch with play-along exercises that requires me to force kill the app every time. Despite this issue, Pianote, led by Mrs. Cass Falk, shows promise as a top piano learning app.

The worst app I have ever seen. I am trying to log in, and it shows that chose a plan or 7 days free trial. Can't you add free plans. Worstest app I have ever seen👎👎

It is a good platform, but online piano lessons just don't work for me, I have been trying to get in contact with them for several days via phone and support email to get my mone back since I'm still withing the 90 days guarantee, but they are unresponsive. You can't get anyone on the phone, and they don't arm to replay any chat nor support emails.

Signed up for a subscription, opened the app and there is no content. It simply prompts you to sign up again for a subscription, doing so gives an error and says you've already signed up. $30 a month seems steep for a subscription as it is and given that this apparently isn't a new issue... It looks like that money isn't going towards fixing it. I emailed their support and besides an initial auto-response I've heard nothing in a week.
