Was using this app for more than two years now, and they suddenly stopped servicing my area. Like seriously 😑 it's HSR sector 3, and I don't see any reason behind this. Tried reaching their customer service but no luck.

I fail to understand why Pickly stopped servicing the area which they were in for last 2 years. Most surprising thing is they are servicing all the areas surrounding our layout. We got used to pickly and now this sudden decision to not to service, definitely I don't see any logical reason for this. Got a good lesson not to depend on Pickly.

Same order is delivered 3 times, O230823BL0176WL O230823BL01BREV O230823BL01LKQB In your portal there is no way I can return the order, Yesterday I ordered it only once but 2 times payment got failed, I never ordered it 3 times, For same order first 2 times payment not failed, but money got deducted, I waited for more than 2 hours for both payments, But very late in night I paid with simply around 9:45 than it got success, I need refund for 2 orders
