I love the bus service, but there's one I couldn't understand is journey credit, and I just top up and when I went on the bus and spend the Journey credit, and it still had 20.00 on it so can someone please explain does it work

I have been unable to access the calendar since Monday! So I can't view/manage prebooked journeys!! This app is so frustrating. Last week, it changed a few of my time slots/bus stops on prebooked journeys and wouldn't let me edit the times to correct it! Even after cancelling a journey to try and rebook, it kept telling me I already had one booked for that time! Very annoying app! Please sort it out!! Thanks Oh and the email inbox for app support is too full to receive my email, great support!
