The Transfer of Photos from my Phone to my Picture Keeper was so easy!

I was able to copy all my pictures from my phone but when I tried to open it up to view my pictures it took forever, and I couldn't view my pictures. Then I tried reconnecting, and it took too long, so it said to eject, but I didn't have that option on that screen and when I hit the back button it took me out of the app. Very frustrating. They need to fix the app.

This is horrible! Downloaded the app and completed the setup after two tries. Backed up photos, videos and music, when looking through the photos the app froze up. When I went to the troubleshooting online page and selected how to eject, the page said coming soon! Meanwhile, I can't do anything with it. On top of all of that, the Picture Keeper Connect 512Gb is almost too hot to touch. I hope the person who gifted it to me didn't pay a lot for it.
