The first time I backed up photos it seemed to work great. Now that I am trying to back up new photos, it keeps telling me it can't. So I searched and saw there was an update avbl on Play Store, so I updated it. IT is still giving me the same message. The worst part of it all, I bought a new backup, ULTIMATE BACKUP 500G. I did not know it's from the same co. After downloading the app 4 Ultimate Backup - I get the same/" CAN'T LOAD CONTENT AT THIS TIME". DON'T WASTE YOUR CASH $$$$ It's A RIP-OFF DSH

I was able to copy all my pictures from my phone but when I tried to open it up to view my pictures it took forever, and I couldn't view my pictures. Then I tried reconnecting, and it took too long, so it said to eject, but I didn't have that option on that screen and when I hit the back button it took me out of the app. Very frustrating. They need to fix the app.
