Overall good application that works as expected. Overall very convenient. Payments take some time to go through but overall good. I also feel the app ticket registration process can be made easier to understand and use.

Recommendations for improvements: Alas, you cannot reserve your place in PID S-trains. Developers can implement smooth transitions between prepaid coupons. I was offered a coupon starting from the actual day, while I had few more days prepaid. You can implement integration of the paid ticket into the prepaid coupon, so only one QR code would be checked. There is also a problem of the route planning, passenger can miss the starting stop for the ticket.

So many errors in the last weeks. I hope it's in the pricess of updating. It doesn't show the common connections, for example: there is a direct transport, but the app it doesn't show me this. Also, Search is set to find a route for next day in the morning, but results show me some night bus.

PERFECT app to have if you are in Prague even a short while. One can purchase public transportation tickets, but also pay for the city's public parking.

Using it for parking, normally a good experience, currently crashes after the parking period ended, therefore cannot extend or buy new Will update rating if fixed

I moved my identifier to phone because I exceptionally forgot the wallet. Next day when I'm trying to reset to the default, preferred state of Litacka on my card the view with identifier moving won't load. The version is the newest, in the last years such a serious bug has never happened. Really a poor update.

The speed has improved, but it steals your money!!! If you buy 2 tickets both activate automatically and there is no way to cancel the automatic activation, it can only be activated sooner (immediately) not later 😞

This app is terrible, and using it as any other public transport app will lend you a fine of 1200 CZK per person. When using this app to plan a route using the metro, the app will automatically suggest to activate your ticket at the departure time. However, you already need a validated ticket before entering the metro station. Instead of the app activating your ticket automatically a few minutes before departure, it assumes you enter the station and your metro within the same second. A scam.
