★★★★★ The good - I actually really like the simplicity of the app and I have no issues with the connectivity between the measuring tape and the app. I have all my data in 1 place and can see my progress. The bad-you need a login and the quick 3rd party login isn't working like it used to, so this will frustrate alot of folks. I got logged out and wasn't able to log back in using the Gmail like before. Thankfully I was able to access my data but had to get rid of the easy 3rd party log-in.

★★☆☆☆ Can't use. I don't have my tape yet and the app won't skip the connection screen. You can't use it unless you have the tape in hand.

★★☆☆☆ Requires sign in. And Location permission. I prefer to measure privately.

★★☆☆☆ App and Pie device are cool, when they work, but the Bluetooth connection is the worst of any device I own. Connecting my phone and pie tape measure is incredibly frustrating and takes 20+ minutes.
