I had trouble navigating new app for first time when very sick. New My Chart is terrible when ads appear. Does Piedmont really need to run ads for products? I ended up sending message to wrong provider by mistake, gave up and went to Pickens Urgent Care. My PCP's office called the next day saying got message from other provider and needed to make appt. whoever transcribed the notes for all of my ER visits is either very lazy or in k hoots with BioLab!!! They said things I didn't say and also downplayed my symptoms as if I already had lung issues a whole year before the BioLab fire. Also copied and pasted the exact same notes on EVERY SINGLE ER VISIT instead of what actually occurred. This is borderline criminal as it pertains to a lawsuit against BioLab for damaging my lungs. I'm 54 years old and have NEVER had lung issues before the fire!🤬
