I signed up at the store with paperwork and got my pig perks card with the pin on the back of the card I press register and put my card in with pin, and it said wrong pin or something like that

I have tried to use this app for the past week. Can't log in. It says that either the email is wrong or the password is incorrect. I have installed and uninstalled this three times. Nothing works. You need to fix your app.
