The app is fine, but one of the fields to fill in asks you to choose the store you use. When I realized that I had made a mistake, there was no way for me to change it.

If I could rate this App zero 🌟 's I would've! The email to reset the password never comes from the App or Website on Android or IPhone. To reset my password i hsve to go to the store, so an employee can do it from their computer. Annoying! The App feels cluttered and cheap. Needs a whole new redesign!

Download but nowhere to sign up to use

Slow, clunky, only a few features actually work. App is very lame, reminds me of a very early phone app from back in the day. Sullivan's needs to replace whoever is in charge of their online presence plus hire an app builder with modern day expertise.
