First was attracted to the availability of an app to book for your laundry pick-up. And is available for pick-up & delivery island wide. The app is detailed and very convenient. The payment methods offered in the app are also good. Only drawback is sometimes the timing is not so readily available. But, our family is quite satisfied with the app and the service of Piing so far.

Perfect! Was looking to clean my curtains and found them online. Pickup within a day via app. The guy who came over to pickup and deliver was extremely professional and friendly. He gave good advice on the benefits of dry-clean vs laundry for curtains and gave me some tips on long term storage should I not want to use the curtains too. I hope to use their services again real soon.

Piing service has dropped over time. They have missed the delivery date without providing any reason. Delivery man does not follow the selected delivery time slot.

I've used Piing for dry cleaning curtains, including pick up, delivery and installation. Their communication is abysmal and the quality of the service not great in my experience. I would not recommend it. Pick up was late. No notification of any sort. Delivery day and time was changed last minute without consulting me for availability. Delivery was pushed back 2 times by them, every time without any notification, I had to contact them and ask why it was not there. Final delivery was late.

Sent my laundry to them and my delivery time has been changed multiple times. Worst, I need my laundry back urgently. Called CS & WA them, was promised next day again n again but "next day" never came. I'm still waiting for my laundry as I'm typing. CS officer was super rude over the phone! Avoid them at all cost!
