Part Two - Teacher
In Part two, the Pilates in 5 series, Darien demonstrates specifically chosen mat exercises and then replicates similar exercises on a particular piece of equipment. You’ll learn how the mat exercise progressions prepare the body for similar exercises on the apparatus. Darien shows the link between mat work and the apparatus and gives detailed cues to explain why Joe’s mat exercises set the foundation for the entire Method.

Part Three - Mentor
Darien’s original Gold Talk series is designed for those considering becoming a Pilates teacher or are already teaching and want to deepen their understanding of the why and how to teach the Pilates Method. But don’t worry, if you’re primarily a student, you’ll have a clearer expectation when choosing your teachers. Darien’s quiet and intimate recording studio is the perfect backdrop and you’ll feel like you’re right there with her as she shares little known teaching tips gleaned from her five decades of successfully educating students all over the world.

What our users say:
“Darien is that rare teacher who flows with grace and beauty in her own Pilates practice, and who also teaches specifically, in detail how to do what she does. Her expertise is levels beyond that of any other teacher I’ve ever seen in person or online. And now, with her new app, it goes with me wherever I go!” — Diane R., Visual Artist

“As a professional dressage rider I've been a longtime student of Darien Gold and have taken her private lessons for years. Since moving away two years ago, I've relied on the Darien Gold Pilates app and it has been just as effective as being with Darien in person. This app has significantly improved my fitness and riding, and I feel like she's right there with me during every session. I highly recommend this app to anyone looking to enhance their practice with the guidance of a master teacher.” — Allison Mathy, Dressage Rider, Trainer and USDF Gold Medalist

"Pilates Mastery by Darien Gold is an extremely intuitive app that is silky smooth and easy to navigate. The app is broken into three categories, Practitioner, Teacher, and Mentor. All categories have videos that open with a written explanation that will help you progress with the Pilates Method whether you are a student or a teacher." — J. Vignola, Pilates civilian
