I have found this app to be helpful and accurate. I compared the app results to data collected by visual observations and found data from both methods to be the same. My only negative take away is the app needs to have the ability to run in the background should a call and/or text be received. I have found that putting the phone in airplane mode helps stop the interruptions. Not ideal but it works. It would also be great if there was a way to save the data to your phone in the event you accidentally forget to send data via email. Things can get hectic in the field, and it would be easy to stop logging and then begin another pile prior to sending the prior piles data. Once it is gone, it is gone. Overall, happy with my purchase.

The start elevation does not allow a decimal point for tenths of a foot. This would be very helpful. So after using the app for a few days there are quite a few things wrong with it. First off the Data cannot be saved within the app and the PDF does not attach to either Outlook or Gmail without being able to save the data in the app so that when piles are restarted you can continue the flow of data and without being able to email the data the app worthless one star. Can I get a refund?

Despite the app description saying that there is a way to save it, there is no way to save the log to the local device. Also says there is a way to set the penetration, but there is not. I clicked to email the log and the app crashed and lost all the data.
