★★★★★ I love Spillway! Such great service, I can't say enough good things! If you're a busy person, and you don't want to go out of your way to the pharmacy, Spillway delivers. Beyond expectations!

★★★★★ Using spillway was a seamless experience. I called my doctor last night to request a refill on medications and asked him to fax it to pill away as I saw an advertisement for them online, and I wanted to try it out. I created an account on their website and wrote a couple messages in the chat asking if they had received my prescription. Lo and Behold the next morning they had already answered and had the bill ready. I paid for it, and it was delivered later that night. Fantastic service.

★★☆☆☆ "Something went wrong" can't sign in at all. I am able to sign into the website without a problem.

★★☆☆☆ An issue with the app, it will send duplicate notifications via push notifications.

★★☆☆☆ The app has a terrible ux. It scrolls when there's nothing below, my witten text doesn't show auto complete, and a bunch of other little things are missing or feeling odd. The service is good, but I'm not a fan of the company. They delayed my delivery 2 days, and it would be more if I didn't chase them to figure ot out

★★☆☆☆ Lost ALOTA of business not knowing Canadian law. It clearly states as of January 2025 "Prescriptions for controlled substances may be transferred between provinces and territories. 11. All controlled substances, including targeted substances, may be transferred more than one time" yet they won't be my prescriber with the reasoning "we are in BC" to my controlled prescription. And? Lol don't really care took my business elsewhere it's just a pathetic business decision.
