Easy to use. I just did a mobile deposit was a little annoying having to retake pics of the back of check, but it eventually went through after a couple of minutes. Definitely recommend PFCU.

Clunky, cluttered and inefficient. Not user-friendly. Does not follow many of the conventional processes used in the other financial apps I use. Seems antiquated.

I had a great deal of trouble positioning camera over check. I must have taken/retaken both sides of check at least two dozen times. Impossible (or don't know how to) enlarge pictures to see if info is clear to read. Then I timed out and had to start over again. UGH ! !! 7/3/26 Ez capture.1000x better than last experience. Still a bit off center, but I can manage. Thx 4 updates.
