Welcome to Bhutan, a kingdom that lies in the heart of the Himalayas. Every corner is adorned with the magic of mystery and the allure of ancient tales. Stories are woven into the fabric of everyday live. For them these stories are more than just words, they are the reflection of their identity.
With this in mind, 7 Bhutanese individuals joined forces to show Bhutan to the world through for them a complete new tool.

Developed by a dedicated team, Pin Zhi is a 2D adventure game inspired by The Four Harmonious Brothers (Thuenpha Phuenzhi), a symbolic story of Bhutan. Step into a world rich with culture and tradition, where the breath-taking scenery invites you to explore the timeless tales and vibrant heritage of Bhutan.

Across your journey, you will encounter many obstacles, from falling trees and collapsing platforms to animal attacks and helping villagers. Discover a vibrant land with diverse tasks and unique challenges as Pema reunites the lost Harmonious Friends and restore light to the village.

Navigate challenges using a compassion bow and arrow, where shots transform into flowers instead of causing harm. Help villagers and rescue trapped animals as you strive to reclaim the four lost magical friends on your quest. THE STORY
Where for the most part of the world videogames and computers are integrated in society, a common household item, it's the opposite for Bhutan. The computer entered education just roughly 5 years ago. There are an estimated 10000 privately owned computers in a population of nearly 800,000 people. At the moment of writing the only games that are being played are pubG and mobile legends, as most of the population own a mobile phone. Just a small community is playing games like GTA and FIFA, but most people do know who Mario is.
There is a great ambition and passion in Bhutan to make a change, for both their people, but also for the world to get to know Bhutan, its history and its strength to join the cutting edge of videogames and high-tech in this generation.

The game is made by 7 passionate individuals who started computer education roughly a year ago through the Desuung Skilling Program. After that they decided to use their new obtained knowledge to work on a video game over the course of the last 6 months. The release is about the experience and the encouragement to others in the country to join them, grow and learn to make better games in the future.
