Pingo is a network scanner and Wi-Fi analyzer that shows every device on your network by name, tests your speed, and says plainly what it could not check.
Most network scanners hand you a list of IP addresses and call it a network. Pingo tells you it is the kitchen TV, your neighbor's printer, and one camera nobody remembers installing.
WHO IS ON MY WI-FI
- Find devices scans your Wi-Fi and names what answers: name, type, vendor, model and hostname
- Network map draws every device on this LAN, over Wi-Fi or ethernet
- Find a device walks you to it, warmer or colder, until you are standing at it
- A Wi-Fi scanner and a LAN scanner in one. No account, and no limit on how often you scan
WI-FI ANALYZER
- Wi-Fi check reports signal strength in dBm, security type, band, channel and width
- Channel spectrum shows which Wi-Fi channels are crowded and which one is quietest
- Signal mapper records signal room by room as you walk the building
- Roaming walk-test shows every hand-off between access points
SPEED TEST AND CONNECTION QUALITY
- Speed test measures download, upload, latency and jitter
- Buffer bloat test measures the lag that ruins calls and games while a download runs
- iperf3 throughput tests a link against a server you run yourself
- Phone-to-phone speed measures the Wi-Fi itself, with no internet in the path
- VoIP readiness checks a network before you trust it with a meeting
NETWORK SECURITY SCAN
- Admin and RDP port exposure, open file shares and UPnP port-forward checks report what is reachable from outside
- Default password check tries published factory logins against admin pages
- Exposed cameras reports internet-facing cameras, IP cameras lists the ones on your LAN
- VLAN isolation test checks whether guest Wi-Fi is really separated from your main network
- Firewall test reports what this network blocks on the way out
- TLS certificate and Domain security grade read a certificate, and a domain's SPF, DKIM and DMARC
- Breach and exposure check looks up whether an email is in published breach data
HONEST RESULTS, OR NONE
Say what is wrong and Guided diagnose works through named checks in order, then leads with one verdict word and one plain sentence. The evidence is one tap away, and if the checks cannot reach a verdict it says so instead of guessing.
Most network apps hand you a confident score even when they could not measure much. Pingo is built on a rule that costs it features: a reading that was not measured is never invented. An unmeasured field is drawn hatched and says why, so you always know the difference between "this passed" and "this was never checked".
THE REST OF THE TOOLKIT
Ping and traceroute, port scan and MTU probe. DNS and WHOIS, DNS timing, split-horizon detection and IP lookup. IPv6 check, CGNAT and double-NAT detection, DHCP lease and subnet calculator. Scan another subnet, ISP accountability log, uptime monitor, Wake-on-LAN, and SSH, Telnet and SFTP from your phone.
WHY PINGO ASKS FOR LOCATION
Android will not return Wi-Fi scan results to any app without the location permission. That is an operating system rule, not our choice. Pingo uses it only to read Wi-Fi scan results and signal. It never asks for background location and never transmits where you are.
PRIVACY
There is no Pingo account. Your scans, history and saved connections stay on your device, and the one thing that ever reaches us is feedback you choose to send. No analytics. No advertising. Nothing sold to data brokers. Every outbound connection is listed feature by feature in the privacy policy at https://pingo.tools .
Pingo is in English, and also in Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Indonesian and Arabic. Those translations are new. Tell us through Support what reads wrong in yours.
Please only scan networks you own or are authorized to test.

Device names and types are saved between scans, so a device you have already identified stays identified.
