Downloaded the app for a 10% discount because the 10% off code I got via txt message as a thanks for signing up to email/ txt communication did not work. And I did not get the 10% for downloading the app either. So much for that false advertisement.

Have had several weeks of trying to sort an issue out with this company. The customer service communication is terrible. Order some shorts size 12. Too big, so sent back had to reorder the size 10 and paid next day delivery in time for my holidays. Even though it says they do exchange. . Resent the size 12 out again. They received the second pair back and said would exchange for the 10. No p&p charge. They have just refunded me for them again. And iv had to reorder and pay P & P again.
