I gave 4 stars because it's really helpful application and easy to use but if you fix the bugs that you got like when you proceed a transection (charge touch number) and it says it failed but actually it didn't fail but succeeded that's a huge problem. Please fix fast :/

Very bad app. Ive tried to recharge my phone on 2 different occasions and it did not work yet money was withdrawn from my bank account so i had to call the bank to get my money back. I tried to call pinpay customer service for 2 days when i had the problem and got no answer. Very unprofessional and very bad customer service
