The new layout is horrible! It is showing me things I don't need nor want to see, and things I need and want, must be clicked on 3-4 times to get to! And don't tell us we can customize it when we are inky given the option to put things we don't need in a specific order. ZERO STARS!!

This is not an improvement by anyone's imagination. Did you consult your customers to see what they wanted? Of course not. I want to see what I have to spend on a home screen, not the totals of accounts added together. To see the balance I want, I have to turn off everything else. What a waste of time. Minus 5 stars in this case. Now put it back the way it was. Nothing is easier in this rubbish now.

Very unintuitive app due to the update. It was good before that but now is worse. To navigate between options, you have to do it via the menu, even login out. Previously, you had a top bar to select what you need. Separately, I would like to see what was the remaining balance after each transaction to see how my balance was fluctuating over time - that's not possible through the app. Not sure what your Product team are up to! I am seriously confused, and I am considering moving elsewhere.
