In version 2.66.0-rc2_2500c3ab_LIVE, the “eye” icon for hiding/revealing amounts is too small and difficult to tap accurately. Increasing the touch area would improve usability on touchscreen devices. Other than that, the app looks fine.

You have a feature in which I can update my personal data using gov.gr. after collecting the data, it says that I need to go to a bank branch! Since the feature is not working, do not deliver it to customers!

Worst bank ever. New app is worse than the old. Complex and annoying. Lots of things but hard to do what you want. This is in line with all bank systems getting worse. 20 years ago this was top bank with an internet banking that was way ahead of the competition. But in recent years it has been managed badly, and it is all declining. Even their new branding uses the cheap yellow color. Everything shouts cheap. Avoid avoid avoid.

Full of bugs that are never fixed and cause a lot of inconvenience all the time, wouldn't recommend. Asks to update "outdated" data that aren't even outdated every 3–4 months and blocks you from any transaction attempt. You can't even update it online even though the option exists, and you can't even book an appointment through the platform provided. I've been through that three times already and when I actually go to the bank to check it out, I get told that everything is up-to-date...
