★★★★★ There was a transactional error for an order I made and due to being occupied, I couldn't fully interact with Pizarea customer service when they called. Nellis, Pizarea's customer service head, personally took my details and went beyond the call of duty to interact with me past her working hours, completely resolving my issue. I have admired the customer service at Pizarea ever since I became a customer, but this took it to a whole new level. Thank you Pizarea!

★★☆☆☆ O my God, how I wish there was "0" rating. Worst online food service ever. Don't waste your time and data to even download the application, if you are not ready for business don't start it. Ordered for Jerk Chicken and you called to confirm order then later call back to tell me Jerk King is not operating. Went to Junction Mall and Jerk King is working. Second experience; ordered for family size from barcelos and no feedback for over an hour. I think play store should take you off their platform
★★☆☆☆ Worst delivery service I've used so far. Ordered a meal, had to wait 2 hours only to be told the restaurant had sold my order and the dispatch rider wasn't prepared to wait for another one to be prepared. App is fine, service is not
