I used to stan My Boy because I used them for about a decade now. Around '12-14. But then I started running into Rom Hacks that wouldn't run there, so I turned to Pizza Boy. And man, this makes My Boy seem more like an engine than an app. Custom covers, a better UI, favorites, rewinding, custom GBA skins, way more settings-the quality and depth is insane. It makes playing GBA feel nostalgic again just in cosmetics. I still have a soft spot for My Boy but I'm glad I have this too

A very good emulator from all the emulators I've tried pizza boy are easily my favorites, they are easy to navigate and run flawlessly the quick save and quick resume feature make getting done some of these insanely hard games much easier, you can tweak the graphics which drastically improves the experience.

Works great if you're not on a newer Samsung device. If you are, I'd unfortunately avoid Pizza Boy A Pro. It has significant issues with file access permissions, and the app's suggested solution doesn't work. The suggested fix is to enable all files access for Pizza Boy. However, because Pizza Boy does not request that permission, you can't grant it (even through ADB). I've tested this on several devices without luck. The devs have not responded. If this issue is fixed, I'll update my review.

Nothing but frustration. I "upgraded" to the paid version of Pizza Boy. Instead of updating my current app - it downloaded a second new app that did not have my saved game files. It took me hours to figure out how to force a phone's hard drive to reveal all files to finally move over my saved games. And then the cherry on top was that cheat codes STILL didn't work (the whole reason I entered this hell to begin with). Don't waste your time with the paid version of Pizza Boy.

Can't change size of screen on small devices................ I'm literally looking at a postage stamp right now on my RG rotate it literally will not let me make it full screen I remove the border thing and It's still a fing postage stamp. Am I wrong is this hard???? Come on I paid for this app. Think it through you know how many small android handhelds there are. Get it together

Using this on Retrorocket 2. It is a hot mess. Every time I open it, it will search for all the game files again this takes 30-45 seconds. It said both my Pokémon leaf green and fire red sav files were deleted today, they worked fine yesterday. I managed to recover the leaf green file. It will work on mGBA but pizzaboypro still says its deleted when loaded.
