Although I had trouble getting the app to work I contacted them through email, it took a day to get back to me, and the problem was resolved. I read these other reviews and don't think they followed up correctly.

Nebroo app does not open. I emailed nebroo...no reply. If you bought for the Bluetooth function, you got ripped off cuz there is none. That said, the hearing aids do work. Am I unable to control them with buttons?...not so much.

Downloaded and installed the app. Began the login sequence and after entering my email address it said to tap the box to send a code to my email. The app never sends the code, and you only get 60 seconds to enter the code. If you minimize the app to look at your email, you have to restart the whole login process again, invalidating the previously not sent code. I have tried multiple times, on multiple days, with multiple installations (after uninstalling the previous installation) nothing.

No place to click agree to the terms and conditions. . These is a total waste of money. They don't help in any way because you have no controls to increase volume or do anything. Guessing maybe in the app, but it will not do anything until you agree to the terms and conditions but no agree button to click!!! 1. 1 -

This app and the nebroo hearing aids do not work. I've tried to contact nebroo through the app and apparently that doesn't work either!!
