I almost didn't download this because of bad reviews, but they must be referring to an older update. Anyway, I spent two weeks in Poland absolutely living off of this app and another one for apart hotels. Buying tickets is easy. Selecting a seat is intuitive. Departure times update appropriately. Using the app for ticket check is seamless. This app single-handedly allowed me to enjoy a spontaneous trip to Poland; including Warsaw, Gdańsk, Kraków, Zakopane, Nowy Targ, and Wrocław in two weeks.

Can't log in, the app crashes every time

The app misled me by throwing an error that the payment did not come through, I went back and chose another seat and the situation repeated itself, upon which I received two tickets at once in my mailbox, and it turns out I successfully paid for both! I lost 15% of the ticket cost by cancelling it.

Extremely slow, bugs, many UI/UX flaws, misleading enabled places selection when no places to offer, issues with payments via BLIK - I faced many problems during my 3 years "experience" with this app. Awful app. To prove my words: try to buy bulk tickets for your mixed gender company for overnight train.

Errors, errors everywhere! Google Pay doesn't work, przelewy24 fails, app in browser stays blank when payment is required... And ofc, this app throws errors during payment too. I wanted to visit some cities during my stay in Warsaw, but seems like tourists aren't welcome.
