This app shows most everything you want to know and has a helpful checklist. For a free ad supported app, it's pretty good. Would recommend if you don't want to constantly have a tab open in your browser.

It's a good app for wisps, but there's no way of knowing either where a quest starts, or what Pokédex entries still need to be completed. With those things added, similar to how botw companion app is, I think it would be better. Still a decent app though
