EDIT: UI is much better now, only a few select elements still need resizing to feel right (tutorial!, clicking on portrait in top left - menu, back arrow in other menus, individual chat messages could be larger since we can scroll anyway so no need to see 6-7 past messages, international battlefields' notification menu still has tiny buttons) fixing all that and maybe just giving an ui scale slider would be great QoL, with that being said I can at least start playing in the current state
