Please allow uploading more than 10 photos to a carousel from a computer 🙏 Instagram has allowed up to 20 photos in a carousel for quite a long time already, but your app still limits it to only 10 photos, very annoying 🙏

Recently started using this app for Instagram. So far, it is a pretty good app. Works as described and posts photos, reels, and even stories to IG, and you can also add a few other platforms. Helps with posting regularly when unable to be online. I do wish we could add music to the planned posts as well, especially with reels.

Absolutely unusable. Can't log in with my Instagram account, can't schedule posts, and the app keeps bugging out or stumbling on endless loads.

You need a professional IG account to use. I refuse to be turned into a content machine and just wanted an app to plan my posts to be aesthetically pleasing to me but nope, gotta be bombarded with analytics and told to make "better content" in order to use

I do not recommend Plann if location tagging is important to your social media strategy. It's incredibly frustrating that major cities and towns simply do not exist in their database when trying to tag locations. Despite being present on platforms like Facebook with thousands of posts, Plann's system seems completely disconnected. I've tried all suggested troubleshooting and the issue persists. This makes the app practically unusable for anyone who needs accurate location tagging.

Every time I open the app it asked to reconnect to my Instagram. I then push to reconnect, and it connects to Instagram but then when I go back to Plann it gives the same notification asking to reconnect to my Instagram account. I just keep going in circles. I tried uninstalling the app and updating it but still running into the same problem. App needs bugs fixed!!

Pretty bad service. Convoluted UI/UX, poor analytics, sometimes just silently fails to post to some platforms. Pretty scummy to charge a subscription for a service that can't do the one thing it's supposed to do.
