When the update took place the end of 2023, I have experienced the worst. The scheduled post were going to history not posting to Instagram or Facebook. After many back and forth emails with support, they said it was an issue with Meta. They are working on it. As of today, the issue has not been resolved. At least post a message across the top of Planoly stating that you are Sorry for the inconvenience. Now, it's hard to even get updates. I have been a paying customer for over 10 years.

I cannot get this app to connect to Instagram or load my grid. I've paid for this app for years and have continued to use it despite these occasional issues, but now I'm not sure how to continue if I cannot even access my content. Very disappointed.

Useless app. Linked facebook, Instagram and TikTok but couldn't post on the socials. Shocking customer support. Takes ages for them to get back to you

It unlinked my account after using it for years, and now I can't link anymore. I'll have to find a different app to plan my posts
