Have been using Panoply for years and it has been great. Even the free version makes socials so easy to be prepared. Running on the laptop is SO much easier to navigate and plan ahead. It is worth paying!!! Simply for the unlimited uploads, it is worth it. If you like to stay in front and have everything taken care of... this app is great.

When the update took place the end of 2023, I have experienced the worst. The scheduled post were going to history not posting to Instagram or Facebook. After many back and forth emails with support, they said it was an issue with Meta. They are working on it. As of today, the issue has not been resolved. At least post a message across the top of Planoly stating that you are Sorry for the inconvenience. Now, it's hard to even get updates. I have been a paying customer for over 10 years.

It unlinked my account after using it for years, and now I can't link anymore. I'll have to find a different app to plan my posts

The newest version is absolutely terrible! Its super slow, doesn't post on time, freezes regularly and deletes posts if they fail. I will be canceling my subscription.

Used this app for literal years with no issues but in the past 2ish years the app slowly got worse and worse. Sometimes I would be adjusting how to want my grid to work and the app would reset, and I'd have to start over again. Other times it just forgets my Instagram, so I have to leave and come back. And for a few months now I get nothing on my screen. Can't log in, yet my account is still there. Better off just finding a different app

The app stopped working. Can't link my Instagram account, even when I'm logged in Planoly and have my Insta account linked, app is showing error and can't liad my feed or anything.
