This is a great app for singing at church and knowing when I'm supposed to do what it's just good for knowing when and where and how I need to do everything at church, but I guess I'm supposed to have a bunch of features at the bottom of the screen that I don't see. I'm supposed to see the schedule the plan the songs media and people, but I don't have that, and we can't figure out why. But otherwise it's a great app

This app really needs to have downloaded songs and audio in its own folder. There should be the option to set what folder to use, songs in one sub folder and audio in another. Majes way more sense than using the default downloads folder.

07/08/26 After recent update "Saved accounts" option disappeared. This is very inconvenient. Great app! The only issue I've is not being able to play multitracks through the app. Some issues with account connection. Our worship team have subscription, and everything is set up properly by the person who manages the Services app and multitracks.

App is not working!! Our church had a training class today 3.14.26 and no one could access the app. We had to go on Planning Center actual website, but some things we wanted to do told us to do it on the app. We can not access the app.

Not Android user-friendly!!! Apparently I'm the only android user at my church b/c all the Apple users get all the files they need. I thought it was my phone and I would log out/in to the app, uninstall/reinstall the app, and reboot my phone! I even checked to make sure my system software was up-to-date! Still not getting all the files I need! My tech guru of a husband went through all the paces on both of his phone and had the same issues! So the problem is the app itself!! So FIX IT!!!!

The only thing I see is my schedule. I can't see songs, files, etc. Maybe I am not set up right but everyone else on the worship team has a far different set of options than I do

Not sure it has ever worked correctly. Maybe it works well for smaller churches the interface is nice but, the schedule never syncs right, and it is overall really buggy. We will more than likely be switching to different services here soon.
