WHAT YOU CAN DO
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

🍽️ COUNT CALORIES THE EASY WAY
Search a huge food database or scan a barcode. Add a food in two taps. Plately remembers what you eat most so logging gets faster every day.

📊 TRACK MACROS THAT MATTER
Protein, carbs, and fat — plus sugar and fiber when you want the full picture. See your daily totals at a glance and your trends over time.

🥗 FOLLOW A DIET THAT FITS YOU
Pick from 18 evidence-based eating styles — Mediterranean, DASH, Keto, Vegetarian, Paleo, Whole30, Pescatarian, Intermittent Fasting, Low-FODMAP, MIND, Zone, anti-inflammatory, plant-based, and more. Each one is calibrated to YOUR calorie goal, based on your age, weight, height, and activity.

📅 GET A REAL MEAL PLAN — A DIFFERENT MEAL EVERY DAY
Most planners show you the same five meals on repeat. Plately gives you a genuinely different breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack every single day for a full month, all matched to your diet and calorie target. Plus curated recipes for every plan.

🏋️ LOG WORKOUTS YOUR WAY
Browse a library of 800+ exercises, or log a quick activity. Track by duration, or by sets, reps, and weight (kg or lbs). Calories burned are estimated from your body and effort, then folded into your daily total.

👟 SEE YOUR STEPS — SYNCED FROM YOUR WATCH
Connect Health Connect and Plately pulls your daily steps straight from your Wear OS watch, Fitbit, Samsung Health, Google Fit, or your phone's pedometer. A clean step ring and a 7-day chart, no extra account needed.

⭐ SAVE YOUR FAVORITES
Eat the same thing a lot? Save any food — or a whole combo like "banana + oatmeal + coffee" — as a one-tap favorite. Build it once, log it forever.

💧 TRACK WATER, WEIGHT & STREAKS
Log water with a tap, chart your weight, and keep your logging streak alive. Earn achievements as you build the habit.

🔒 YOUR DATA IS YOURS
Plately works fully offline. Back up everything to a file and restore it on a new phone — free. Export your diary, workouts, and weight log to CSV with Pro. Nothing is locked in the cloud.
