I am facing issues with the mobile app connectivity. It is not connecting properly to the scooter, and sometimes the Bluetooth pairing fails. This is disappointing because the app features are important. Please improve the app stability and connectivity. App needs improvement.

I purchased this vehicle 3 years ago, but I don't know how to find the serial code needed to connect the app. Without the serial code, the app is basically useless for me. Can someone please help or provide guidance on how to get the serial code? Thanks!
