The platform doesn't really have much penetration. I was on Platte for more than a year and only got a few dozen leads, mostly Uni students seeking help to plagiarize. Did a get a couple of genuine repeat learners though but that was it. Payments were weekly and prompt but the UX of the app is ghastly. Try finding anything and you're lost. I contacted support to help me increase my charges and never heard back.

These mockers are bastards. Don't pay you. I was booked as a tutor but didn't get paid. Even after reminding again and again. Don't recommend this l.

The app charges double of your selected rate on the student. Then take another 18.4% for 'service fee' + 'transaction fees'. This means if you select your rate as 45 AUD per hour, students are paying 90 AUD per hour, after fees, you will be left with 36.71 AUD.
