Poor customer service, double booked our pitch, had no-one in office to help local ground out, offered no apologies, blamed us for not arguing down other group who also had booking and refused to provide a refund since the ground found us an old, worse quality pitch to play on for half the time, an hour later, as some of us had stuck around. Abysmal, avoid.

3 times I tried to book a pitch using this app. All were unsuccessful. For the first 2 I received a link for alternatives I paid for them but no confirmation and then questioned the situation (by email because phone number was never answering) they said there was a block book in. So why did they send a link, I don't know. 3rd booking went all through confirmations and everything sent, then receive an email to say you have been refunded because someone else has bkd it. I hve nvr used the srvce
