After just one week of purchasing an annual subscription, it stopped working and keep showing "invalid username/ password". I’ve sent numerous emails, but each time they just copy and paste the same response. I requested a new account with new username and password, but they keep ignoring my request! Big scam, and I hope no one else falls into this trap.

Very bad services. The program is moving in indefinite loop since 15 hours and technical support couldn't fix the problem. It was working good till yesterday but suddenly this fool problem
