I found concept of the game to be unique. However, the joystick movement doesn't feel as smooth or responsive as in other tycoon games like Pizza Ready. Additionally, the player is unable to move while handing over items which feels like less fluid. The coin earning rate and the cost of unlocking new zones are not well-balanced, the level progression feel slow. There is also a lack of instant gratification elements such as level-up animations, vibration feedback, and rewarding popups etc
